Chris is the second half of the team, who, together with his wife, have created the perfect chemistry for a successful endeavor. Through a number of activities, Chris developed a great sense of adventure and altruism early in life. He was actively involved with the Boy Scouts and grew up on open space where his imagination came alive and his curiosity for his natural surroundings flourished. An athlete at heart, he participated in a variety of sports growing up and still comes together with family and friends to step onto a baseball field, a volleyball court, and a golf course!

Chris was born in Florida, raised in Tennessee, and graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Geography. His fascination with the world around him inspires many of his interests and makes Colorado a great place to explore with his wife and two children. Chris works a web developer providing technical direction to the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration. His enthusiasm for adventure, web development skills, and commitment to giving back to the community all play an important part of AFC's success.

Together, Chris & Stacia have been married since 2001; have two daughters, a dog, and a cat. They take pleasure in exploring the world around them through the eyes of their children.
